Luqueta has one of the most powerful skills in the game known as the Hat Trick. This is a passive ability and at its base level (level one), it increases a maximum of 8 HP per kill. And can recover a maximum of 35 HP.
However, as Luqueta levels up, her abilities increase incredibly. And then gains a maximum of 18 HP per kill.
